WORKING PRINCIPLE

The refrigerated air dryer works through four core steps: 1) Pre-cooling: High-temperature and high-humidity compressed air enters the pre-cooler to exchange heat with low-temperature dry air, reducing the initial temperature; 2) Refrigeration: The pre-cooled air enters the evaporator and is cooled to the dew point temperature by the refrigerant, condensing moisture into water droplets; 3) Separation: Water droplets are separated from the air by the cyclone separator and discharged automatically through the drain valve; 4) Reheating: The dry cold air enters the pre-cooler again to absorb heat and raise the temperature, avoiding condensation on the outer wall of the downstream pipeline.

Q1: How to choose the right model of refrigerated air dryer?

A1: The key is to match the rated air flow of the dryer with the air output of your air compressor (it is recommended that the dryer flow be 1.2 times that of the air compressor). Q2: What is the difference between air-cooled and water-cooled dryers?

A2: Air-cooled models are suitable for places with good ventilation and ambient temperature ≤45℃, no need for water sources, and easy installation. Water-cooled models are suitable for high-temperature environments (＞45℃) or places with strict noise requirements, with higher cooling efficiency but requiring a circulating water system.

Q3: How often does maintenance need to be done?

A3: Routine maintenance includes replacing the air filter every 3-6 months and cleaning the condenser every 6-12 months. The refrigeration compressor does not need regular maintenance within 3 years. We provide a maintenance reminder function and original spare parts supply.
