Diaphragm Hydrogen Compressor for Hydrogen Refueling Station, 99.9% Purity Output, Oil-Free & High Reliability
The Sunrise Union GZ diaphragm compressor is a fully non-standard compressor product. The GZ diaphragm compressor is a single-cylinder, single-stage diaphragm compressor. The GZ series compressors cover various piston forces from small to large and can be customized according to different customer operating parameters, requirements, and environments.
The GZ diaphragm compressor consists of a cylinder block, cylinder head, crankshaft, connecting rod, diaphragm, oil passage, air passage, water cooling system, and motor drive. Our company can provide multiple cooling methods for all diaphragm compressor series products: air cooling, water cooling, and forced cooling.
A diaphragm compressor is one of many types of compressors. It gets its name from its specially designed diaphragm, which separates the compressed gas medium from the external environment (hydraulic oil, piston). Diaphragm compressors can also be simply called membrane compressors. Due to its special structure, the cylinder of a diaphragm compressor does not require lubrication, has excellent sealing performance, and the compressed medium does not come into contact with any lubricant. Therefore, it can compress gases with extremely high purity, generally reaching 99.999% purity, making it suitable for compressing and transporting various precious and rare gases. In addition, diaphragm compressors are particularly suitable for handling highly corrosive, radioactive, toxic, and explosive gases. Diaphragm compressors have excellent cylinder heat dissipation, allowing for higher compression ratios and thus a wider pressure range, with discharge pressures reaching up to 50 MPa. They are used in the food industry, petroleum and chemical industry, electronics industry, nuclear power plants, aerospace, military equipment, medicine, and scientific research.
✅ 99.9% Purity & Oil-Free Guarantee | ✅ Stable Operation & Low Vibration | ✅ Easy Maintenance & Cost Savings | ✅ Compliance & Safety |
The diaphragm isolation design prevents oil, lubricants, or impurities from mixing with hydrogen. Equipped with a coalescing filter, activated carbon adsorber, and molecular sieve, the unit removes moisture (≤0.1ppm) and particulate matter (≤1μm). Each unit undergoes a 48-hour purity test before delivery, and third-party certification reports are available. | The diaphragm’s flexible reciprocation reduces mechanical friction, lowering vibration (≤75dB) and noise. It supports 24/7 continuous operation with an average failure-free time (MTBF) of 8,000 hours—30% higher than piston compressors. The intelligent pressure control system adapts to inlet pressure fluctuations (0.1-1.0MPa) without performance loss. | Diaphragm modules are pre-assembled for quick replacement (≤2 hours), and wearing parts (filters, diaphragms) have a 6-12 month lifespan. Maintenance costs are 40% lower than traditional models. The energy-efficient motor (IE4 grade) reduces power consumption by 18-25% compared to industry averages. | Equipped with overpressure protection, temperature monitoring, and automatic shutdown systems to meet refueling station safety standards. The enclosure is corrosion-resistant (IP54/IP55/IP56 rating) for outdoor or harsh industrial environments. |

APPLICATION SCENARIOS
1. Hydrogen Energy and Fuel Cell Industry
- Core Application Areas: This is currently the most important and fastest-growing market for diaphragm compressors.
- Hydrogen Refueling Stations: Used to compress hydrogen from low-pressure storage states (e.g., in tubular trailers) to extremely high pressures (typically 35 MPa or 70 MPa) for refueling fuel cell vehicles. Its leak-free characteristics ensure the safety of the refueling process and the purity of the hydrogen.
